Terms of Use and Community Rules for Lizzumi

Lizzumi is a social app for sharing your pets. These terms explain what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. By creating an account or using Lizzumi, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Who Can Use Lizzumi

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country if it is higher, to use Lizzumi. If you are under the age of legal adulthood where you live, you may only use Lizzumi with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for your account and everything that happens on it. Keep your password safe, give accurate information when you sign up, and do not share your account or use someone else's.

3. Community Rules

Lizzumi is a place to celebrate pets. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You must not post, send or share anything that:

• sexually exploits or endangers children, in any form (see our Child Safety Standards);
• contains nudity, sexual content or sexually suggestive content;
• harasses, bullies, threatens or intimidates anyone;
• promotes hate or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation or any other protected characteristic;
• shows or encourages violence, self-harm, or cruelty to animals;
• promotes illegal activity, including the illegal sale of animals;
• is spam, a scam, or misleading;
• impersonates another person, pet account or organisation;
• shares someone else's private information without their permission;
• infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights.

You must also not try to disrupt, hack or misuse the app or its services.

4. Reporting and Blocking

If you see something that breaks these rules, please report it from the app: you can report profiles, posts, comments and chat messages. You can also block any profile, which stops it from interacting with you. We review reports and act on them as quickly as we can.

5. How We Enforce These Rules

If content or behaviour breaks these terms, we may remove the content, limit what the account can do, or suspend or permanently close the account, with or without notice. We report child sexual abuse material and other illegal content to the appropriate authorities. If you believe we made a mistake, contact us at the address below.

6. Your Content

You keep ownership of the photos, videos and text you post. By posting them, you give Lizzumi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display and share them within the app so it can work as intended. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where we must keep it to comply with the law. You are responsible for what you post and confirm you have the right to post it.

7. Lizzy Coins and Purchases

• Lizzy Coins and prizes are virtual items for use in the app only. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, sold or transferred to another account.
• Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms and refund policies.
• If a purchase is refunded or charged back, we remove the Lizzy Coins it gave you. If you already spent them, your balance can become negative, and you cannot spend coins until it is positive again.
• Accounts with repeated refunds or chargebacks may lose the ability to buy Lizzy Coins.
• Coins and prizes are lost if your account is deleted or closed for breaking these terms.

8. Deleting Your Account

You can delete your account at any time from the app's settings or by following the steps on our account deletion page.

9. Disclaimers

Lizzumi is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it safe and running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for content posted by other users or for indirect losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law of your country that cannot be limited.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version here with its date, and for important changes we will let you know in the app. If you keep using Lizzumi after a change, you accept the updated terms.
